Terms of Service
Effective September 23, 2026 ยท Work Me In, an H2DS product of Inspire Education LLC
Work Me In (workmein.com) is a product of H2 Digital Solutions (H2DS), a division of Inspire Education LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" mean Inspire Education LLC. Questions: hello@workmein.com.
What Work Me In is
We connect last-minute appointment openings at local businesses with people who want them. Claiming an opening places a short hold; the provider decides whether to confirm. We're not a party to the appointment itself: services, pricing, quality, and cancellation policies are between you and the provider.
Beta service
Work Me In is a founding beta. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but openings can be booked, changed, or withdrawn at any time, and we can't guarantee a hold becomes a booking. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
For seekers
Claim openings you actually intend to use. No-showing a confirmed claim hurts a real local business. Give us accurate contact info so the provider can reach you. We may suspend use that looks automated or abusive.
For providers
Post only openings you'll honor; confirm or release claims promptly. Unclaimed listings are built from public information. Claiming yours is free, and removal is one email: hello@workmein.com. The founding beta is free; if that ever changes, you'll hear from us well in advance and nothing converts to paid without your explicit agreement.
Text messages
Work Me In alerts is our text program. We send one-time verification codes; updates about a claim you made; Radar alerts when an opening matching your Radar is posted; and, for businesses, alerts when a customer claims your opening. You opt in by checking the text-message box on our website. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we'll confirm and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@workmein.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.
The boring-but-important part
Don't misuse the service (scraping at scale, misrepresenting a business, interfering with others' use). We may update these terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance; the governing law is North Carolina's. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
